 The idea of “ITS.com Resources & Services”,born of a desireto provide a personalized approach to telecommunications companies wishing to surround themselves with better skills to the needs of customers. In fact and In addition to our main activities, in installation, integration and “End to End” supplying in Telecom services, we developed “ITS Resources & Services” branch in order to enhance the principal activities of ITS.com, enrich our knowledge via experimented resources and offer complete and more adapted services to customer requirements. Thus, we allowed several competences from ITS.com to be at the disposal of our customers in Tunisia and abroad. We also placed several local and foreign competences in the form of Freelance contract or by offering a service relating to a concerned specialty. We help “Operators”, “Equipments companies” & “others Integrators” to have supports and provide them with services adapted to their needs by offering a diverse range of resources, expertise & services. We offer to our customers the possibility toexplore our solutions to their current research invarious specialties and particularly inNetworkPlanning and Optimization (NPO), Issuer Service and Trouble Shooter.
